On this day one year ago, Malaysians experienced a monumental event: for the first time in 60 years, Malaysians voted UMNO out of the government and voted PH, a coalition which included past minister Tun Mahathir and his former rival Anuar Ibrahim into government.
It’s been one year now and progress has been slow. I’m not complaining. I’m just happy that the capital drain by Jho Low and our ex-PM is no more today.
We are recovering some of our money back. There’s a lot more of our money out there, but I’m confident we can get it back.
To my fellow Malaysians, let us be patient. Changes will take time.
